Terms of Service

Pathminder is a service operated by Eccentrixity Systems Ltd (“Eccentrixity”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 (RC 9810000).

By creating an account or using Pathminder, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into an agreement. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, our guidance is only as good as what you tell us.

• We help you build a profile and give personalised guidance: deadlines, cost estimates, readiness scoring, document checklists, and next steps.
• Our guidance draws on official sources but may not always be complete or current, official rules change. Always verify important details with the relevant official body (UKVI, universities, UCAS).
• We do not guarantee admission, a CAS, a visa, or any particular outcome.
• We are not your agent or legal representative unless you separately opt into a service that says so (see section 6).

Keep your login details secure, you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use Pathminder for anything unlawful, or to submit false information about someone else.
• Attempt to break, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

Some features are entirely optional and only apply if you switch them on:

• Verified partner connections. If you opt in, we may introduce you to a verified education partner. Any services they provide are governed by their terms, and any agreement or payment is strictly between you and them, we are not a party to it.
• Pathminder Concierge. By invitation, and only if you accept, we may help prepare and submit university applications on your behalf using the information you provide. If you accept a Concierge invitation:

• You authorise us to submit applications to the universities you agree to, and to share the information needed to do so (which may be via third-party application platforms/aggregators).
• You remain responsible for the accuracy and honesty of your information and documents.
• We do not guarantee admission or any visa outcome, and Concierge is not immigration advice.
• Any fees or commission arrangements will be disclosed to you before you proceed.

Some features may require payment. Where they do, the price and what’s included will be shown before you pay. Any specific refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase.

Pathminder, including its guidance logic, design, and content, is owned by Eccentrixity Systems Ltd. You may use it for your own personal planning, but you may not copy, resell, or build a competing product from it.

Pathminder is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for decisions you make based on our guidance, for outcomes of applications or visas, or for the acts of third-party partners. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms; if changes are material we’ll update the version and date above. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. You can stop using Pathminder and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
